So U got lucky, and didn't get KD'ed AND got a speed buff...

However, I do think there is something fishy with these people...

RollerBeetle is MORE luck than skill, cuz face it, NOT rubberbanding isn't rly skill...

The only skill there is to it, is trying to put up a shield at correct times. (Which I usually succeed at)

well the list is obviously suffering from frightening design flaws ._____. I've seen the list and it's just insanely lame.. No one on the list is on it only once. Fix now or don't give out special rewards to 3 *possibly* cheating players.

the whole thing is badly broken. He's probably synching with friends, so the /report thing fails. Even though he'll only get 1 beetle, Gaile has said that other people won't get bumped up into the top 100, so he's still effectively cornering the market this year on top 100.

Nice system. Example #2343 of how Anet fails on festivals.

Yea, Rollerbeetle is 3 things:

1. Luck (Getting SRB's and also not getting KD'd at the beginning)

2. Ping (You need below 100ms ping to minimize rubberbanding, and you still do even at low pings because sometimes you rubberband not because of ping but because of getting stuck behind other players).

3. Skill, you need to know what to dash and ram, and also if you ARE lagging you need to know how to minimize your chance of rubberbanding.

Luck doesn't represent that much because after you play the stupid roller beetle racings 100 times, it kind of averages out for everyone.

Uhh, its not that hard. Just get an echo and super at the start, and maybe another super or two, and WHAM, you are 465+. There is a huge portion of luck, but the top racers can also do the map in their sleep.

Solve this problem by giving us observer mode in Roller Beetle Races. That way, if they are cheating, it'll be blatantly obvious to everyone. If they aren't and know some super secret shortcut that magically only they know, then everyone will know and they won't have the corner on the market (top 100).
